The Work

What you'll actually do.

Drive to self-storage facilities across the region
Diagnose and repair gate operators and entry systems
Install and troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, and access control
Replace roll-up doors and repair site hardware
Keep facilities running so owners can focus on their business

What We're Looking For

Aptitude over credentials.

Mechanical or electrical aptitude — you figure things out
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors at varying job sites
Reliable and communicative with the office and customers
Experience with gates, access control, low-voltage, or cameras is a plus — not required

Open Position

Access Control & Gate Technician

We're looking for a field technician who can diagnose problems, work independently, and handle service calls across our region. You'll work on the systems storage operators depend on every day — gates, keypads, cameras, DVRs, and roll-up doors.

Indianapolis-based. Regional travel required. Full time.

Good fit if you have

Experience with gates, access control, low-voltage, or security systems
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical aptitude
Comfort working independently in the field
Willingness to travel within the service region
Clear communication with dispatch and customers
