How Enrollment Works

We confirm & invoice
Our office confirms your enrollment and sends your annual invoice through Jobber.
Pay your invoice
Pay the annual fee through the invoice link. Agreement activates upon payment.
First inspection scheduled
Dispatch contacts you to schedule your first inspection visit. Priority status is active from day one.

What operators ask before enrolling.
What does the inspection cover?
Every inspection covers gate operators, access control systems, security cameras and DVR/NVR equipment, and a sample of facility roll-up doors. We document findings and flag any repair items in a follow-up quote.
Is labor discounted under the agreement?
No. Labor is always billed at our standard rate card. The agreement covers the inspection program and priority scheduling access — not discounted labor. Premium tier includes a 10% discount on parts only.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Agreement customers receive the next available service appointment rather than being placed at the end of the standard queue. If same-day is unavailable, we offer the earliest next-business-day slot.
How does the parts discount work?
Premium tier customers receive a 10% discount on parts, applied manually at the invoice line item level during inspection visits. The discount does not apply to labor or repair follow-up work.
When does my agreement renew?
Agreements renew annually. We contact you 60 days before your expiration date to confirm renewal. Priority scheduling and all benefits remain active through your expiration date.
