A real Saturday call
In June 2026 a storage facility called us on a Saturday. Its main slide gate had derailed and collapsed off the track after the bottom rail failed at the weld. We sent a technician that day. He repaired the rail, realigned the track, reconnected the operator and left the gate running, with no second visit needed. (From our /emergency-service page.)
Why Central Indiana gates and doors wear out
Indianapolis winters swing above and below freezing again and again. Water gets into gate tracks, loop saw-cuts and the bottom of roll-up doors, freezes, and spreads cracks. In spring you see heaved concrete around bollards, ground loops that stop reading cars, and doors that bind in their guides. Hot, humid summers are hard on keypads and camera housings. We plan inspections around that cycle.

How far is your shop from my facility?
It depends on the side of town. We are on E Washington St near the east side, so tell us your address and the office will give you a time.
My gate quit after a cold snap. Is that common?
Yes. Ice in the track and broken loops are both common after a freeze. Send photos with your request if you can.
Can you check the whole property while you're out?
Yes. Ask us to look at doors, lights and keypads on the same visit.
Are you open on weekends?
Saturday is for emergencies only.
